Pivothead why am I just hearing of you?

I am not sure if I have been under a rock or what but how is it I don't know about Pivothead?

Pivothead has a piece of video recording eyewear that is ripe for release (April 1).  The product is refined and has some impressive stats.

• HD video 1080p@30 frames per second / 720p@60fps / 720p@30fps
• Panasonic Gyroscope Optical Image Stabilization
• 8GB internal memory capacity
• 75 Degree Field Of View, no “fish eye” image distortion

And the damn thing doesnt look bad at all.  We are all used to obtrusive head mounted cameras that essentially remove themselves from causal wear due to looks or the bulky mounts and straps needed to hold them in place.  

Its my opinion we are going to see an explosion of camera's being worn in the next couple years.  Video blogging is going to be something we see really come into the mainstream soon and it would seem that Pivothead is certainly positioned to take advantage of that market.
